If however your order does not arrive to your destination, please contact us via our contact form.We will start immediately after reception of your report a survey among our carrier. We will tell you by e-mail survey results

If your package has not yet been shipped promptly notify By reporting via our contact form. If your package has been shipped it will be returned by our carrier and we can make a new expédtition under conditions: Article 5.4 of the general terms of sales.
